The mission of the former apostolic nuncio in Ukraine, Archbishop Nikola Eterovic, who was appointed secretary general of Papal Synods in the Vatican by Pope John Paul II, has come to an end. On 22 March 2004, the archbishop left Kyiv. Right before his departure, Archbishop Eterovic gave an interview to journalists of The Parish Newspaper and the Catholic Media-Center.
