Kyiv – According to Bishop Vsevolod Matviyevskyi, it has been five years since the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Kyivan Patriarchate (UOC-KP) has been trying to obtain land for construction of a church building in southeastern Ukraine’s Luhansk.
